Physiological Monitoring
Vivonics has developed an array of sensors and devices to measure and monitor key vital signs both for patients and for healthy individuals
Creating new physiological monitoring systems requires not only the knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines, including electrical, software, and materials; but it also requires an acute understanding of the underlying physiology. Vivonics is ideally poised to make a positive impact in this field due to our diverse and knowledgeable staff.
Vivonics has developed several novel systems for noninvasive sensing and physiological monitoring. Of particular note, we have developed methods and systems for measuring parameters that previously could only be measured with invasive sensors, and we have created unobtrusive sensing systems that not only monitor multiple physiological signals at once, but assemble and analyze the available information, presenting useful parameters to the caregivers in a simple and robust display.
